This expansion comes on the heels of substantial growth, as Salesforce India’s revenue surged by 36% to reach ₹9116.3 crore for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, according to its filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Salesforce’s First Tower in India

The upcoming Salesforce Tower in Bengaluru represents the latest addition to the company’s portfolio of iconic towers across key global locations, such as San Francisco, New York, Chicago, London, Dublin, Sydney, Tokyo, Atlanta, and Indianapolis. The tower, situated at Bagmane Tech Park in Mahadevpura, will offer a range of innovative spaces tailored to support modern work styles. The 12-story building will include an immersive lobby, a state-of-the-art Salesforce Innovation Centre, and areas dedicated to collaboration, sustainability, and employee wellness. Additionally, training spaces within the tower will host in-person AI upskilling opportunities for Salesforce employees and the local community. Reflecting Salesforce’s environmental values, the building is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, with employees expected to move in by 2026.

Driving Customer Success and Innovation

This expansion aligns with a pivotal moment for Salesforce, as the company has recently launched Agentforce, an advanced AI tool on the Salesforce Platform that enables organizations to create and deploy AI agents capable of autonomously handling tasks across business functions. Bengaluru continues to play a central role in Salesforce’s talent and innovation strategy, supporting the company’s global customer base with its skilled workforce.

Salesforce’s longstanding commitment to India began over a decade ago, with the opening of its Hyderabad Centre of Excellence in 2016, which was expanded in 2023.
